New Think against Mycotoxins

Contamination with mycotoxins may be occur in the field before harvest or during storage and processing. Therefore, the strategies in order to prevention of mycotoxins can be divided into before and after harvest strategies. These strategies significantly reduce mycotoxins, but it is not possible to completely remove mycotoxins contaminations (Kabak et al., 2006). The including of detoxifiers in animal feed is a very common way to reduce the effect of mycotoxins (Jard et al., 2011; Kolosova and Stroka, 2011). Generally, detoxifiers divided into two distinct categories including Toxin Binders and Modifiers (De Mil et al., 2015). Toxin binders with trapping of mycotoxins prevent the absorption of mycotoxins across gastro intestinal tract. But mycotoxins modifiers reduce mycotoxins toxicity by altering their chemical structures (EFSA, 2009; Kabak and Dobson, 2009). Today new method is that by using mycotoxins modifiers we improve strength of animal ability to deal with fungi and mycotoxins. The use of a detoxifier of mycotoxins that can have multi-strategies of "binding", "modifying" and “increase animal ability and immunity” can inhibit and inactivate the mycotoxins in higher levels.
